The Beautillion Militaire leadership program consists of six (6) core mentored activities that promote and instill leadership through the development of teamwork, social & interpersonal skills, academics and college preparation, academic development, and community service. Upon completion of the program, the Beaus are celebrated during the culminating event, which is the Grand Ball.
