There will be a presentations from the Baltimore City Health Department and Gilead Pharmaceuticals on the Ending the HIV Epidemic Plan and effective community outreach. We will have a panel discussion with HIV experts moderated by nationally recognized community mobilizer Keith Holt and Joshua Harris, Vice President NAACP Baltimore .
