Intro to Bellydance with Alsana
Belly dance is a way to burn calories while you look cute! Alsana will guide us through some basics of bellydance and teach us a fun routine. It’s a fun way to exercise that’s low impact, good for every shape, size, and fitness level. Come dressed to work out. We usually dance with bare feet, but you can wear ballet slippers or some thing similar.
Class duration is 60 to 90 minutes. Admission is $15 (a portion of all proceeds will be donated to charity.)
