Tools for Being in Psychedelic Communities is an educational series offered to help people new to psychedelics and those with years of experience to better navigate the psychedelic ecosystem, safer substance use, and empower them to spread this information within their personal networks for the benefit of us all. In the second session - Screening Psychedelic Guides and Group Experiences - We will be utilizing the Safety Flags guide to screen psychedelic guides and find safer group based experiences. WAIT! This will consist of a community based panel of experts and folks with experience covering above ground and underground use of Ketamine through a harm reduction lens. About your facilitator HILA: HILA is an educator, activist, community organizer, and psychonaut. They have training in transpersonal psychology, psycho-spiritual & psychedelic preparation, navigation, & integration, addiction/recovery, extreme, unusual, & altered states of consciousness, with a focus on drug-induced spiritual emergence/y. They are a licensed psychotherapist and have been practicing yoga asana and meditation since 2002.
