Each course will include a wine pairing from some of the world's greatest wine-growing regions.
1st course:
Scallop winter citrus capacio or Beet citrus capacio (vegetarian option)*
2nd course:
Beet and goat cheese plin ( ravioli), brown butter, hazelnuts, and coffee
3rd course:
Sous vide pork chop, winter greens and farro with butternut squash or vegetarian "crab cakes", creole remoulade and winter greens (vegetarian option)*
4th course:
Pavlova, cherries, pomegranate, and dark chocolate
