Chicken Tortilla Soup It is soup season! We will be using a Texas recipe adapted by the New York Times. It uses chicken legs and beef bones (to add depth of flavor), onions, and garlic. Super simple. And, then there are the toppings—fried tortillas, avocado, sour cream, cheese—that make this so much fun!

FAQsIs this a demo or hands-on cooking class? This is a HANDS-ON cooking class. Instead of group cooking and family style eating, everyone will now have their own station, utensils, equipment, and ingredients.
If you attend a class with a partner, you will be sharing a station (table for two). You will be provided additional ingredients to share and prepare with your guest. Please select the proper ticket type as there is an additional cost.
