CPR – or Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation – is an emergency lifesaving procedure performed when the heart stops beating. Immediate CPR can double or triple chances of survival after cardiac arrest.
During this training, you will learn:
Why CPR is important.The difference between a heart attack and cardiac arrest.How to perform Hands-Only CPR on adults.Understand the difference techniques for small children and infants.By completing this course, participants will receive official AHA Lifesaver Certification, as well as a Lifesaver Handbook.
