About the Speakers: Jean Arnaud is a teacher of literature and philosophy who has taught in some of the world's most prestigious universities, such as the Université de Nice in France, Jeannine Manuel in the United Kingdom, and ISB in the United States. With his innovative projects and teaching methods, he was awarded by the French Ministry of Education for his valuable contributions to academia. Beyond his academic achievements, Jean Arnaud is also a serial entrepreneur who founded multiple companies over time before successfully selling them off. Aside from that, he is also a renowned digital NFTs artist, published author, public speaker, and ed-tech mentor at SXSW.Michaela is a tech entrepreneur, human rights advocate, and contributing writer. She has more than 10 years of experience in technology, business, and marketing around the world. She was a director at a deep tech startup in SF and London. She helped the company to scale up globally and deploy national innovation projects. As a result, Michaela and her team were invited by the UK Prime Minister to talk about tech at No.10 Downing Street. She successfully co-designed social impact tech projects that won government funding. Michaela also holds a board advisor position at the Brussels-based think tank, Global Wom. en Hub. Michaela has been engaging as a human rights advocate and was invited as a Human Right Delegate for the UK to the UN, where she gave a speech. Michaela studied in 5 different countries, and she understands the importance of education. All her experience around tech and human rights made her co-found Nova with a vision to bring innovation to the most important area of life.Hadrien is a highly experienced and accomplished financial leader, with over 15 years of professional experience in the global business world, having worked in Shanghai, Paris, and North America. For several years, Hadrien held the prestigious position of CFO at the multi-billion dollar pharmaceutical corporation Sanofi Aventis, where his financial strategy and leadership significantly accelerated the company's profits and growth. Due to his extensive expertise in financial management and M&A deals, he is currently holding board seats for various reputable financial institutions in Monaco (Monaco Foundry).
