Join Pacers Running, Pacers Ambassador Emmanuelle’ Willis, Asics, FITDC, Run4All Women and Franklin Hall for a walk or run celebrating Black History Month. Participants will receive a complimentary shirt by Ascis Running, as well as a complimentary mimosa from Franklin Hall DC. The event starts and finishes at Franklin Hall DC. The two mile walking route will be led by Pacers Running leaders and a volunteer from the DC Historic Preservation League and will include information about the landmarks on the route. The four mile running route will be led by Pacers Running leaders and will be for all paces, beginner to advanced. There will be a group for those who wish to do a mix of walking and running. The route will pass important landmarks, which leaders will point out during the run. At the conclusion of the run and walk, participants will receive a complimentary mimosa, a complimentary long-sleeve tee from Asics running, and time to socialize and connect.
