This restorative sound healing offers a container for deep rejuvenation, energetic alignment and a place to release that which is no longer serving you. It will begin with a channeled reading and intention setting, followed by getting cozy in a restorative yoga pose that supports your intentions. Jen will use oracle cards, intention setting, a tongue drum, chimes...and a full 432hz crystal singing bowl set to facilitate this healing session.
