Description

This class includes: 10-minutes of Warm Up 20-minutes of Full-Body Toning 30-minutes of Yoga, including a guided relaxation to finish the class. What to Bring: Yoga mat, 2 yoga blocks, 1-2 yoga blankets, & and pair of 1-3 lb. hand-held weights. Bring a water, and arrive weating athletic shoes. We do have a few yoga mats, blocks, & weights, if you don't have your own, yet. Who is this class for? Ages 14 and up. Although this class is geared toward those who are able to get onto the floor, modifications are available for those who are unable to do so.
