Your child will experience gentle, beginner friendly yoga asanas (poses), guided meditation, and learn valuable stress management breathing techniques.
Class is scheduled from 12:30 PM - 1:10 PM (40 minutes)
Class is limited to 10 students of ages 12-17.
Please let the guide know if your child has a special need, such as an attention deficit or a physical limitation, that needs to be taken into consideration.
