Once the Latin rhythms take over, you’ll see why Zumba fitness classes are often called “exercise in disguise.” Zumba Class held at First Baptist Church Shawnee, open to all $3 walk-in basis no membership or pre registration . Cash, Venmo or PayPal This is an all levels class. There is no child care available, Youths over the age of 5 are able to participate along side a parent or gradian with signed waiver.
