Join Team NOBULL for a morning of training at Shred415. This class includes strength training and intervals on the treadmill. Every 15 minutes, you’ll alternate between treadmill drills and strength training movements. This class is open to all levels. Walk or run, and find a pace that works for you while on the treadmill. Recovery time will be built into the class. Please arrive at least 20 minutes prior to the start of class to sign a waiver through Shred415. The class will begin promptly at 7:15 AM.
