Claire is a Life Coach, Reiki Healer, and handstand enthusiast. Her journey in wellness and healing began at a young age as she experienced a severe phobia and resulting anxiety, panic attacks, and depression. Throughout her healing journey, she developed a passion for movement and nutrition, which is when she began her handstand practice. She soon fell in love with getting upside down as a strong believer in the power of healing through movement and play.
