GET YOUR GARDEN ON: Session #2, In The Texas Ground, and Thriving Do you want to grow your own food, but you consider yourself to have a black thumb when it comes to Texas gardening? Are you wondering the proper growing season, soil issues, or how to handle the local garden pests? Come garden alongside Shelly Smith-Pehl (@wildvillagefarm on Instagram) and harvest tips-a-plenty from this experienced homesteader. We will learn how to plant seed-starts, how to nurture plants as they grow, as well as obtain resources and contacts to help you with your garden at home. Bring your favorite camp chair or folding chair, and Let's GET YOUR GARDEN ON! Reserve your tickets now! Spaces will fill up quickly. And all of this for less than $50!! Invite friends and relatives! This could even be a great homeschool learning experience or science project to do with your child or grandchild (suggested age, 8+). Tickets $40 per ticket, plus tax and service fees (~$48) if you purchase by midnight, Wednesday, 3/29/23. Thursday, 3/30/23, prices will increase to $55.
