The WhyRomantic relationships are such a dominant aspect of our lives that we give our time and energy to, and yet most of us haven’t learned to identify what we truly need or want from the partners we are seeking or currently in a relationship with. When we don’t take the time to understand what our needs are, it can often leave a few (or more!) boxes unchecked for us that we didn’t even realize are missing as we navigate dating or a relationship. When we don’t have our needs met, this results in us feeling fatigued, frustrated, unheard and quite frankly, a little hopeless. This workshop allows for a hands-on approach that deep-dives into the most important aspect of your future or current relationship – which is YOU. I’ll walk you through a step-by-step approach to help you identify what your needs and wants are in a partner, I will provide tips and tricks to using this new-found information with a potential or current partner, And you’ll have a packet to go home with so you don’t lose all the great self-introspection you uncovered in the session. No matter what your relationship status is, you’ll be able to build and maintain more meaningful connections in your life with this list you create during the workshop. The HowThis is a 2-hour, hands-on session in the CLT Charlotte NC areaDoors open at 12:30pm!Writing packets will be provided that you can take home with you (please bring your own writing utensil)The WhatChairs will be set up and a water refill station available in the venue, but I encourage everyone to: Get comfy! Bring whatever will make you feel comfortable and supported, such as: blankets, a pillow, extra sweatshirt, sleeping pad or camping mat to sprawl out on, yoga mat, etc Bring a snackBring a reusable water bottleBring a journal to capture additional thoughtsThe WhoMonica moved to North Carolina in 2019 and recognized there was a need for a community that would support and inspire like-minded individuals who wanted to learn, grow and be the best they can be. Monica has worked with many individuals on this topic in the past, back in her home state, and wanted to bring this resource to Charlotte as well!
