Perfectly situated for groups of 15 - 60 guests, the top floor of this historic landmark building adeptly accommodates private brunch parties, working business events, pre- and post-wedding intimate conclaves, bachelorette, and bachelor celebrations, photoshoots, rehearsal dinners, and welcome toasts.Floor-to-ceiling windows provide abundant natural light and stunning views of the iconic Marshall House Inn and Broughton Street below and act as an ideal backdrop and impression for visiting guests and photographers, alike. Saturated in historic charm and patina, this 140-year-old open loft-like space offers flexible floor plans, a dedicated sound system, a private fully stocked bar, bathrooms dedicated to the space, and a private entrance from Broughton Street below. Hosts will work intimately with the event coordinating team, including the Corporate Executive Chef and Bar Manager, to create an event landscape unique to and reflective of their story. Additional services including event design, decoration, and floral composition grant hosts more time to enjoy their event. 4. Contest!The Room at Common is giving away 2 Dinner tickets up to $250 and 2 tickets to their May Wine Dinner. This is a "social media" only raffle so you CAN NOT buy tickets to win. All you have to do to enter as many times as you want is: Visit Common in person and take a pic of their food, tag Common & The Room at Common they get an extra raffle dinner for 2 ticket. If you tag a pic of you and wine, you will get an extra ticket for the Wine Dinner.
