We have put together a panel of knowledgeable colleagues to help us understand what more we can do to help with workforce issues! • Josh Lehner, Economist with the Office of Economic Analysis,will discuss what's happening with statewide and local labor trends. • Deschutes County Commissioners Patti Adair, Phil Chang and Tony DeBone will share the ways the county supports local businesses • Jaime Eder is the director of workforce development and community engagement for Visit Central Oregon and Visit Bend. She will discuss investigating opportunities to support businesses in workforce development • Larry Holeman is the Youth CareerConnect Regional Managing Director with EDCO. He will provide the benefits of hiring an intern and the steps to take.
