Leadership Coach Training (LCT) is an interactive workshop designed to help build the habit of coaching through deep listening and asking powerful questions. Coaching is a leadership pattern modeled by Jesus as He consistently asked questions to those with whom he interacted. Think about it, do you think Jesus needed answers to his questions or was he using a skill to draw people out? And his pattern follows what was shared later in James 1:19, “Be quick to listen and slow to speak”. This powerful leadership tool is helpful and practical for relationships at work, home, and ministry. Workshop: Friday, March 3 from 8:00 – 5:00 PM / 6801 Brecksville Rd. Independence, OH 44131 This workshop will be followed by 8 weeks of peer-to-peer practice and additional options to internalize the tools. We provide this class for $149.
