With the new ATF ruling officially in the registry, you now have until May 31st, 2023 to "register" all braced pistols with the ATF via the NFA. This will be a walkthrough of how to properly go about submitting your Form 1's. You will have the ability to have your fingerprints taken digitally so any other NFA items you may wish to register or purchase will be much simpler. The cost of this will be $75 and that covers your prints and a walkthrough of the form 1 process. Once your prints are on file you DO NOT have to pay again for any NFA fingerprint submissions done in store. BEFORE ATTENDING MAKE SURE YOU HAVE CREATED A PROFILE ON www.eforms.atf.gov YOU CANNOT SUBMIT AN APPLICATION FOR A TAX STAMP WITHOUT DOING THIS.
