Pempus, FAIA, Esq. is a Risk Manager at DesignPro Insurance Group, a Wichert Insurance Agency in Cuyahoga Falls, Ohio. Prior to DesignPro, he was a risk manager at Oswald Companies since 2005, a professional liability insurance broker. Eric has over 42 years of experience in architecture, law and the construction industry. He is a licensed architect in California, Ohio and North Carolina, and an attorney in Ohio. He provides risk management, contract review services, and prepares and presents continuing education programs to his clients and at design professional association conventions and conferences throughout the US and Canada. He is also a licensed property and casualty insurance agent in Ohio.
