Holi Chana MasalaHoli is a Hindu festival that has been celebrated since ancient times. The Holi Festival is celebrated as a way to welcome in spring. Celebrate this second day of Holi by making chana masala- a colorful and rich north Indian dish made with chickpeas and spiced tomato sauce. Paired with rice and paratha, a perfect way to welcome new beginnings.

FAQsIs this a demo or hands-on cooking class? This is a HANDS-ON cooking class. Instead of group cooking and family style eating, everyone will now have their own station, utensils, equipment, and ingredients.
If you attend a class with a partner, you will be sharing a station (table for two). You will be provided additional ingredients to share and prepare with your guest. Please select the proper ticket type as there is an additional cost.
