iNNTD is a global training event with local gatherings happening simultaneously in over 30 cities internationally! We will have attendees from all over NY and CT area coming together for our event which will focus on providing nannies and childcare providers with great skills to further their childcare knowledge. On Saturday, April 1st, we will enjoy a day of workshops, luncheon, and a chance to network with other nannies, agencies, and professionals in the childcare field. We will have incredible speakers joining us! Here are some topics we will cover: Sleep training, child-psychology, managing challenging behaviors, career development, worker’s rights, mindfulness and conflict resolution techniques.
