Building off of our first session where we heard first-hand accounts of LGBTQIA+ student, parent and educator challenges navigating the school system, this interactive session will focus on tangible tools that educators can use to address and prevent bullying on their campuses.
Anyone who is in an educational space, is welcome. This is a free event, and there will be breakfast and a networking lunch to follow. If you are a teacher, student, guidance counselor, bus driver, etc... and are aware of bullying and want to discuss how to create change, consider registering. Space is limited-- reserve yours today.
Hosted by PFLAG, ADL, NOLAHYPE, Tulane University Violence Prevention Institute, and GNOF, in association with Children's Hospital New Orleans, and Tulane University School of Medicine.
