Join us for the first ever dining event in the Silverton Tour de Forks series! Launched this year, Silverton Tour de Forks is a unique community dining event that supports local nonprofits and allows you to travel the globe without leaving the comforts of our tiny little hamlet. Travel with us through food as we explore international cuisines. . . starting with Chinese food in honor of the 2023 Year of the Rabbit! For our first event, we invite you to enter the Rabbit's Den with us as we ring in the Lunar New Year 2023 with a delicious Chinese five-course meal. OUR MENU: First Course - Tea Time / Game Time:Start the night out right by playing Fortune with us! Open your bespoke fortune wontons--crafted by local legends--and play along with us! Read your custom fortune, but keep it to yourself! If you can use your fortune in natural conversation without anybody recognizing it for one minute, and then announce "fortune!" -- you'll be entered to win the grand prize! Enjoy a magical "blooming" authentic Chinese green tea set at every table. It's like the prettiest anemone.
