Description

Classes are Tuesdays & Thursdays 6PM to 7PM through March 9th. The classes will consist of various HIIT cycling workouts; fun music and cycling videos on display while we spin! Classes are FREE! Donations are always appreciated. Class put together by the Southwest Cycling Specialists. Please bring bike (smooth rear tire), indoor trainer, block or front wheel holder, towel and water. Entrance for the class will be located at the back of the store.
