In October of 2017, John joined the Landmark Commercial Property Management Team as a Property Manager and Landmark Commercial Real Estate as an Associate Broker. In the fall of 2018, he began leading the Property Management Division and was promoted to Vice President of the Property Management Division in 2018. John along with 3 Property Managers and staff manage 52 properties across the city. Josh is a Certified Occupancy Specialist (COS) through the National Center for Housing Management (NCHM) and a Certified Property Manager (CPM) through the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM). He served as President of the local IREM Chapter in 2010 and 2018 still serves on the Executive Committee. He served for 14 years on the Board of Directors for The Apartment Association of Greater Wichita, where he held many leadership positions, including 2 terms as president. He has won Regional Manager of the Year three times at the AAGW Star of Excellence Awards in addition to many other awards highlighting a commitment to excellence and service. With an extensive background in commercial property management, apartment management, and commercial real estate brokerage, Josh is now the President of Landmark Commercial Real Estate, a leading commercial developers, brokerages, and property management companies in the region.
