Description

In this workshop, we will go over each step of the Turkish Get Up. We will explain the importance of proper technique so you can fully benefit from this strength exercise and reduce the possibility of injury. There will be a variety of modifications and drills reviewed to help with common issues people face in a TGU. The shoulders and hips will also be discuses to help with stability and mobility.
