Let's get out of our comfort zones and desk chairs and try something new together! I will be hosting Krav and Coffee alongside the California Defense Academy Instructor team. What is Krav Maga you ask? Krav Maga is an Israeli form of self defense that takes the most common attacks out on the street and teaches you how to defend yourself in those situations. No previous experience? That's perfect there will be no bad habits to break.Not in good shape? No worries...It's not going to be crazy strenuous. A lover not a fighter... Great! So are we, but we also want to have the knowledge/ability to go home safe should anything ever happen. There will be 45-minutes of training followed by 45-minutes of networking nearby. 1:1 clients are free. Please choose the "1:1 Client" ticket.
