This event will be facilitated in person by a licensed mental health professional from Growing Roots. Growing Roots was established in 2009 in Plymouth, New Hampshire. They strive to provide exceptional service to their surrounding community through their expertly trained multidisciplinary staff. The Growing Roots team deliver compassionate and comprehensive evidence-based mental health and wellness services to adults, adolescents, and families throughout central New Hampshire.
