The comp will be held at Little Woodrow’s (off Parmer). Each person on the team will receive a shirt with a design created by one of our own Voodoo artists. Be sure to include shirt size on registration form!

***This is the classic Mardi Brawl Comp waterfall.
Guy girl pair steps ups to station one, and must advance before the next pair steps up. THE PAIR MAY SPLIT REPS HOWEVER THEY SEE FIT. Whole team cycles through, or as far as possible in 12 minutes.***
WOD 2:
6 minutes to establish max weight for the complex of:
1 Clean (any type)
2 Hang Cleans (the second can pass through the squat to count towards 1st Front Squat)
10 Front Squats
Frantic! The entire team will have to work together to load and deload the bar.
