The comp will be held at Little Woodrow’s (off Parmer). Each person on the team will receive a shirt with a design created by one of our own Voodoo artists. Be sure to include shirt size on registration form! For questions or concerns- Contact: Scott Grayson @ [email protected] or Ashley Grayson @ [email protected] EVENT DETAILS: Athlete Check-in & Warm Up: 7:30AM-8:30AM Athlete Briefing: 8:30AM-8:50AM WOD 1 :(Start time 9AM) Scaled: 50 Plate Ground to Overhead (45/25) 25 Burpees to Plate 50 Clean and Jerks (75/55) 25 Burpees to Plate 50 Plate Ground to Overhead Sprint back to Start RX: 35 Snatches (75/55) 25 Burpees to Plate 50 Clean and Jerks (75/55) 25 Burpees to Plate 35 Snatches Sprint back to Start ***This is the classic Mardi Brawl Comp waterfall. Guy girl pair steps ups to station one, and must advance before the next pair steps up. THE PAIR MAY SPLIT REPS HOWEVER THEY SEE FIT. Whole team cycles through, or as far as possible in 12 minutes.*** WOD 2: 6 minutes to establish max weight for the complex of: 1 Clean (any type) 2 Hang Cleans (the second can pass through the squat to count towards 1st Front Squat) 10 Front Squats Frantic! The entire team will have to work together to load and deload the bar. WOD 3: Scaled: 3 min, Guy/ Girl pair 40 Deadlifts, only one person can work at a time (185/115) Shuttle sprint (TBA) With remaining time, max Dumbbell Shoulder to Overhead (35/20) Cannot start S2O until both people are in from run. RX: 3 min, Guy/ Girl pair 40 Deadlifts, only one person can work at a time (225/ 155) Shuttle sprint (TBA) With remaining time, max Handstand Push Ups. Cannot start HSPU until both people are in from run. Floater: All we can say- Scaled : Air Squats RX: Pistols- (or a Penalty for air squats, can’t do Pistols? Don’t worry, however not as lucrative as the pistol work)
