You'll create a baked oyster appetizer topped with shrimp, mushrooms, bell peppers, Bechamel & cheese; a pasta salad with an assortment of olives, meats and cheeses; a filet of beef with a rich crawfish sauce; creamy grits with corn and spicy sausage; and, for a fabulous finale,  a traditional dessert.  For ages 18 & up. 21 or older?
