Our next Women Connect event will feature a heart-smart panel discussion/Q&A, free cholesterol screenings, stress-reducing massages, and a heart-healthy cooking demonstration. Women Connect, presented by Methodist Hospital Foundation, is our way of educating and empowering all women to prioritize their health. We are a community where women can draw strength and reassurance from each other, ask uncomfortable questions, and overcome obstacles to better health.
