All persons who work as food employees within First District must take an approved food safety course every 3 years. This includes: all management and supervisory staff prior to managing or supervising employees.all non-management or non-supervisory employees within 30 days of hire date.any employee working in a mobile food establishment: prior to performing any food handling tasks in the establishment.
