The American Heart Association "Family and Friends" CPR course is designed for those who would like to learn the skills needed to perform high quality CPR, but do not need to be certified. This course is offered for FREE since there is no cost to process the certification and provide a CPR certification card. Our instructors at The Belmont Police Department are certified Basic Life Support Instructors through the American Heart Association.
