Description
Mccoy Fatula, APC has been educating the divorcing public for more than seven years with weekend divorce seminars. At the ongoing request for more in-depth, hands-on workshops (not on the weekends), we have developed this intensive 8-part series to help you deal with your divorce (or legal separation) from start to finish. Each workshop is designed to focus on a specific step of the divorce process to actively walk you through the specific forms and considerations, from starting your divorce (or legal separation) and filing your first document, to requesting custody or support, to getting it done. You will hear from local litigating attorneys, familiar with the judges in the local counties. You will leave understanding your next steps and you will walk away with the Judicial Council forms for that next step, whether it be the Petition and Summons, or the Request for Order. Each workshop is 1 hour long and will be limited to eight (8) participants. There is a cost of $50 per workshop, which secures your spot and materials for that evening. There are 2 workshops per month, for the next 4 months. You are welcome to sign up for 1 or more. The next Seminar Series will begin again in the Fall.
