Thank you for volunteering for Ponies In The Smokies 2023! We 100% could not do this event without you!!
This list is for parking volunteer on Friday. VIP rolls in at 7am, regular participants at 8. So we will need you there at 6:30, ready to go by 7 for the first rush. Then the big rush will be at 8.
We will also be having a parking staff meeting at 4pm on Thursday, if you can attend this, it will help things go much easier on Friday.
You'll receive a voucher for a free event t-shirt(to be redeemed at the ET Graphics Trailer), a volunteer shirt and free lunch for volunteering.
