Come learn the art of journaling and handwrite the vision for your life. Learn simple writing techniques to spark creativity and passion. Handwriting inspires action and opens the brain to learning new ideas and concepts. This journaling workshop is designed to help you reflect on your personal and professional goals and assess how to achieve them. Throughout the course, you will explore different reflective writing activities and gain an understanding of yourself through journaling. In addition to practical tools for mapping out your next steps, you will engage in interactive exercises and reflect individually. New writing prompts and techniques have been added to this monthly series. We will enjoy meditation, music, and aromatherapy to uplift our energy and inspire our writing. Group sharing is not required but will be encouraged. You can bring your own journal but we will have free journals and others for sale. Men and women of all ages are welcome to attend. Hot cocoa and tea will be available free of charge. The cost to attend is $15 or bring a friend and receive half off the second ticket at $22.50! Please bring a positive mindset to the space. If you can not attend, please consider making a donation towards the event or the purchase of journals for a local women's shelter. See you soon!
