This is a free workshop, taught by women, to help get you and either your road bike or gravel bike prepared for the riding season. This workshop will be at Trailhead Cycling in Champlin, MN. A welcoming space for beginners and seasoned riders to come together to review safety skills and learn helpful techniques to ensure you have a safe riding season. This will also be a great opportunity to meet other riders! Please, bring your own bike, and we'll help you get it ready! We will review: -Helmet and safety gear, and how to properly wear and use them -Bike Inspection, something that's good to know and do before every ride -Setting your suspension (if you have it) and bike care -Preparing for a flat and how to fix a flat -Proper footwear and pedals **This class is limited to 20 people, including all who identify as female or as non-binary** We will provide snacks and non-alcoholic beverages.
