Join us for the first in a series of special meals where owners Sa and Mia will create a four course menu that reflects their favorite dishes. You might find some that look familiar, some will be completely new. Every dish on the Soall menu is inspired by the home cooking of both women’s mothers… but there are so many more foods that they have to share! This is a chance to cook variations on favorites that you recognize and to introduce foods that have never been cooked at Soall before. These foods will be familiar to Vietnamese families and represent staples of authentic comfort foods, street foods, and homecooking delights. The menu is unpretentious and humble and includes favorites such as beef jerky papaya salad, a specialty spring roll and tiramisu to end the evening. Dishes will be paired with beverages from our list.
