Support my running of the Boston Marathon for the Dana-Farber Cancer Institute by joining us at the Shortstop Bar & Grill for a fashion show by Nicole Wzorek Designs and great raffles to support local businesses! 100% of the proceeds from the event go to Dana-Farber for innovative cancer research! Why I Run: In the fall of 2022, the Dana-Farber became a big part of my life when my mother was diagnosed with breast cancer. The countless appointments and long drives we made to Boston have been well worth it though, because thanks to the incredible work they do, Dana-Farber helped to ease our fears and my mom (my best friend!) has been crushing her treatment! So I'm asking for support from the community to help with my fundraising goal of $12,500. I’ve raised over $5,500 already through the generous support of friends and family and every little bit helps as we head toward the ultimate finish line: a world without cancer.
