Join two love and relationship coaches in an evening to turn your senses back on! It's been a long winter and a long few years. We will lead you in primal breathing, exploration of the five senses, and visualizations. Have you been feeling numb and disconnected from your heart and body? Join us for a delightful evening of somatic coaching tools to turn your flames back up.
