Come join us for our Second Annual Royal Ball! There will be a DJ, Photo Booth, Dancing, Desserts, Balloon Drop & MORE! All the money raised from this event is donated to the expansion of Hope Health Clinic. Last year we raised $1,830! Hope Health Clinic is a nonprofit health clinic located in La Grange, KY. The clinic provides quality medical care to those who are without health insurance or those who have an unaffordable deductible. Learn more at www.hopehealthclinicky.com or email [email protected] Patient Visits are only $15. $8-$9 for Basic Lab Work. We see patients ages four and above. The following services are provided: Basic Primary Care, In-House Pharmacy with medications provided at NO CHARGE to those without insurance & qualified income levels, Wellness Education, School & Sport Physicals, and referrals to specialist. Building The Next Generation of Affordable Healthcare in La Grange, KY: Deeply rooted in the community, Hope Health Clinic has served the Oldham County community since 2011. Our building has served us for 11 years and has provided service to over 50,000 patient visits. With the expansion of our new building, we seek to double our impact throughout our communities.
