Kundalini Shakti – the latent power coiled at the base of your spine is ever present. With yogic breath work, exercises, mantras, and chanting, you will awaken, align, and activate your inner power, to raise your energy and vitality. You will leave this yoga class feeling uplifted, and clear in heart, and mind. Mats, blankets, meditation cushions are provided, and you may also bring your own, if you prefer.
