Come and experience the vibrant rhythms and colorful movements of African and Caribbean dance! Our class will take you on a journey through the diverse cultures of the African and Caribbean diaspora. You'll learn to move your body to the beat of Africa, and connect with the rich history and traditions of the continent. Our 30 minute class is open to people of all skill levels, and is a fun and inclusive environment where you can let loose and express yourself through movement. Whether you're a seasoned dancer or a beginner, you'll be sure to have a great time and make new friends. After the class, we'll be having a party to celebrate the end of the session. You'll get to show off your new moves and dance the night away to the sounds of African music.
