Description

A journey of self-exploration incorporating mixed-media artwork and journaling for middle and high school students. Artists will end the course with a deck of oversized (5x7”) cards depicting and connecting them to their “inner heroes”. In addition to art techniques, students will be developing coping skills and strategies to manage their “inner critic” and the self-doubt and criticism that is so prevalent in teens self-talk.
