Get your tourist visas ready, because in this class you’ll taste a specially curated selection of five single-origin and inclusion chocolate bars highlighting the breadth of flavor possibilities inherent in cacao from around the world and made by some of the world’s top craft chocolate makers. You'll also receive farm-to-bar education, which includes the nuances of cacao processing at origin in addition to how chocolate is made from scratch. Each class includes a small educational handbook. The class is led by an expert and former small-batch craft chocolate maker who has been in the chocolate industry since 2013.
