Description

This interactive childbirth class will help to prepare you and your partner for your childbirth experience! Topics include: Pregnancy discomforts, comfort measures & positioning, signs of labor and when to go to the hospital, changes your body goes through during labor, pain and pain prevention strategies, interventions and medications, postpartum mom & baby, baby friendly practices, and breastfeeding. Drinks and snacks will be provided. Please be sure to obtain a ticket for you AND a separate ticket for your support person (one ticket per each person attending the class). This class will be held in classrooms A & B at Northwest Medical Center Bentonville (across from the cafeteria).
