Meagan will be leading an hour-long all-levels yoga class! This is perfect for anyone from beginners to intermediate students. She will be providing detailed instruction and modifications for various poses. This is a great class for newbies who are trying yoga for the first time as well as more experienced yogis looking for a more gentle, easy flow for this Fun event! For the event, please bring your own mat and water.
